I had adopted a 2-year-old border collie that had been rescued through the international meat trade. I did not know a lot about his past, other than he had been beat over the head and rescued just in time. Unfortunately, his behavior mirrored his past. He did not trust, was timid, was scared and his defense mechanism was to bite. Although we did the best we could to acclimate him to our household, he bit my husband 3 times and had attacked our other dog once. We could not go on like this and were desperate to find a solution. I was unable to find help, trainers/rescues are unable to take the risk of an aggressive dog with a bite history. We were at a horrible point of considering putting him down, we did not know what else we could do. UNTIL the stars aligned, and we came across Madalyn. She was willing to take a chance on our dog. She worked with him for 4 months. He is a different dog. He follows commands, he trusts us, he loves to play and most of all there are no signs of aggression. Madalyn has given us all the tools to be successful and not allow us to fail. She has been there for us 100% when we came across questions. Madalyn gave this dog a second chance at life, and we are forever grateful. I refer her as much as I can when I see someone with a need for training their pup, I carry her cards with him all the time.

Maddy worked with my service dog candidate, a puppy this time. After I evaluated several trainers, she met with both of us, listened to my needs and designed an individualized program to address the issues we as a team struggle with. If you train with them, you will receive so much more that cookie cutter obedience, I can't stress enough whatever the issue, Maddy has the solution. Whether it's service dog training or a well-behaved pet, they will exceed all your expectations, and deliver a companion that enriches your life.

Madalyn Blayze; Created our furever companion with her love for all fur babies and their humans! Our furry family member has been working with Madalyn since 12 weeks of age. My husband and I were both on the fence about training and thought we had a dog before, and he was fine. However, we thought we wanted to be able to take our new furry family member on adventures with us and did not know where to start. We started with a puppy class and were so impressed with the results and how a well-trained/behaved dog is supposed to act we decided to keep going. Our fur baby did a six-week board and train with Madalyn, and I can honestly tell you that I will never have another pet that does not do this with her. Not only did she train us how to be the best companion for our dog, but she also trained our dog how to be the companion we hoped for. I highly recommend Madalyn to create the perfect companion for you.

I had the good fortune of meeting Maddy a little over two years ago. She has trained my Lab, Duke ( 2 1/2 years old) and is presently training my 7 month old Lab, Daisy.

My dogs adore Maddy. She approaches training as a game. They have learned so much from her. She also teaches me how to reinforce the learning.

It shows in her training that Maddy loves dogs and that she thinks training is fun and not a job.

Both of my dogs have stayed in her home when I have gone on vacation. I know they are in the best place possible when I am gone. It is a great comfort to know that they are in their home away from home.

My dog Branwyn and I love training with Maddy. Her knowledge and expertise have helped us go above and beyond my own expectations in skill, confidence, and our relationship as human and dog. I would attribute a large amount of my and Branwyn's success as a Service Dog Team to Maddy's advice and encouragement. She works with me to figure out what is going to be the best for me and my dog and doesn't do cookie cutter lessons. She truly cares about both the dog and the human and building the relationship between the two.

It doesn't hurt that Branwyn gets excited every time I ask "do you wanna go see Maddy?"
