Do I need to know exactly what training program I want?
Not at all. Tell me about your dog and what you'd like life together to look like. We can discuss suitable options during the assessment.
Where do assessments take place?
Assessments are typically held at your home so I can see your dog in a familiar environment. In some cases, another suitable location may be arranged.
Is the assessment a commitment to a program?
No. The initial assessment is $50 for one hour, with no obligation to enroll afterward.
Do you work with dogs who have behavioral concerns?
Some behavior concerns may be appropriate for private training. Safety, severity, and the circumstances involved determine whether I can help or whether a specialist referral would be a better fit. Please describe any concerns in your inquiry.
How much do private training programs cost?
Lessons are $150 each. Most new-client programs include 6–12 lessons ($900–$1,800), plus approximately $50–$300 in equipment. The $50 assessment and any applicable travel fees are additional. Your recommendation and costs are discussed before you enroll. New clients enroll in a program; standalone lessons are for existing clients only.
