Privacy & inquiry information.

Why I ask for information

Creating Companions uses the information you provide in an application or inquiry only to respond and provide services. Inquiry information is not used for marketing.

Applications and forms

The application is hosted on Google Forms. It asks for contact details, your location, and information about your dog and training goals. Google processes information through its service; see Google’s Privacy Policy for its practices.

Submitting an application does not book an appointment or take payment. I’ll contact you to discuss questions and an assessment. Client intake and vet record forms are supplied directly as part of the next steps.

Answered inquiries

After an inquiry has been answered, I delete its information from all places I store it, including form responses, linked spreadsheets, and correspondence. Client intake and vet records are collected separately for services.
